Pat is Chair of the Emergency Communications Leadership & Innovation Center (eCLIC), at Carnegie Mellon University Silicon Valley and Principal of RIVERA/LANTHIER & Associates.
He advises several governments and major organizations and led dozens of advanced telecom projects in Africa, Europe, South America, South East Asia, the Caribbean and North America. He has co-founded multi-million dollar start-ups project impacts exceed $1B. He was elected five times as the U.S. National Chairman of the USTA Technologies Team and was a twelve-year Director of the Wireless Communications Alliance.
Pat attended the Wharton School, Seton Hall, Cal Polytechnic, Golden Gate and S. F. State Universities.
