Abstract

What is the global state of the telecommunications, data center and cloud leasing market? Who are the big players, is there an oversupply of expansion product or a shortage? What is the demand, where?

How are the debt and equity markets handling telecom/data center/cloud assets? What mergers and acquisitions have occurred—Verizon, Shaw, Centurylink, etc.—and what does it mean for the end user?

What important facilities, such as NAP of the Americas and KOMO Plaza in Seattle, have been sold and under what terms?

Who has ownership interests in all of the submarine cables, why are the hyper-scales buying?

What new data center / telecom cluster regions are we going to see in North America / EMEA / APAC primarily?
